DESCRIPTION:DETAILS & TICKETS CLICK HERE \nInteractive Supper Club with Allen! With Comedy! \n$99 per person \nPart cooking class\, part sit down dinner. All awesome! Come in for amazingly new and different dinner experience! Start with a cocktail hour where you take part in a cooking class to make your appetizer while you sip on complimentary summer cocktails. Then sit down to a 3-course meal while you are entertained by our favorite comedian\, Amber Autry . \nWhat you get for just $99 per person: \n\nCooking Class\n4 course meal\nComplimentary Cocktails\nComedy Show\n\n  \nSafety Precautions: We are limiting capacity to 16. Everyone will cook with their own party and you will sit down to dinner with your party. We are taking reservations for 2\, 4\, 6 or 8 (Choose your party number below when booking- If you are joining another party\, please make sure to note that in the notes of the ticket). Because of capacity constraints\, we are unable to take single reservations at this time\, but you can book with a friend or 7! .  Everyone will be required to wear mask and gloves for the cooking portion and while moving around the space and to respect a 6 foot distance from others not in your party. Please feel free to wear your masks at your tables as well. Stringent hand sanitizing procedures will be in place\, and gloves will be provided for the cooking portion. \nAll chefs will be adhering to stringent guidelines for food preparation. \nCocktail Hour & Appetizer Cooking Class with Allen: \nAllen will teach you how to make hush puppies and you will sip on a complimentary house summer cocktail. We will have enough cocktail for 1-2 drinks\, but we are BYOB for everything else. So feel free to keep the party going and bring your wine or alcohol of choice! After cocktail hour and cooking\, you will sit down to a three course meal made by Allen and served by us! \nDinner Menu & Entertainment: \nSpinach & Roasted Walnut Salad\, caramelized Red Onions\, Cherry Tomato tossed in a a Warm Vinaigrette \nAsian Creole Braised Chicken- Southern Braised with seasonal vegetables in a creole coconut ragu \nBread Pudding with Rainbow Creme Anglaise \nDate and time: Saturday July 17th\, 2020\, 7PM \nPlace: Get in the Kitchen- 3617 N. Chicago \nEntertainment: Comedy by Amber Autry \nSafety Precautions: \nAllen hails from a small city in southwest Louisiana (New Iberia\, LA) that embraces the Cajun/Creole culture and food. At an early age\, numerous family members taught Allen how to make Creole food. Allen attended Xavier University of Louisiana and graduated with a degree in Computer Networking and Engineering. Allen frequently visited Chicago during college and was blown away by the endless opportunities of the city. After college\, Allen worked in food service for the Hotel Intercontinental in New Orleans. He next took a job with a national seafood restaurant chain and ultimately ended up in Chicago. Equipped with a desire to serve others the exceptional Southern delicacies that defined his childhood; Allen opened his first restaurant\, Le Fleur De Lis\, in 2010 in the Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago. The food served at the restaurant has been featured in The Chicago Tribune and Chicago’s Best. In the past year the restaurant has been featured on several television programs including: Hungry Hound\, LeShock Value\, and 190 North.
