In its original form\, it is a skewer-roasted kebab wrapped in a paratha bread! \nMeet Niki! \n\n\nChef Niki Dhingra of Plattered by Niki  is known for her Indian fusion inspired cuisine. Chef Niki’s Indian roots\, love for travel\, and all things food converge beautifully offering a menu of Indian & globally inspired tapas and contemporary Indian cuisine. In normal times\, Niki is our Indian Cooking Class expert! We can’t wait to welcome her back to the kitchen! \nHOW IT WORKS: \nTake a look at the menu and order by 6:00 PM on October 29th. Pick up will be available from 4-6 PM on October 30th. \n\nTo order\, simply select all of the items you would like to delight yourself with and add to your cart by 6:00 PM on October 29th.\nSelect the “Local Pickup” option when checking out. We will be hanging out\, cooking some awesomeness and having the best dang Halloween party around! We will also be having a comedy show in between courses! There’s no better way to spend All Hallow’s Eve! Seriously. There isn’t. We will also be offering a complimentary pumpkin based cocktail! \nSafety Precautions: We will be limiting class to 16 people and you will cook with the group  you came in. All groups will be cooking at least 6 ft away from each other and you will be required to wear a mask while moving about the space. Other guidelines will be explained when you join us. \nMenu: Pumpkin\, Brie & Cranberry Won Tons\, Pumpkin\, Tomato & Goat Cheese dip with homemade Jalapeno Garlic Bread\, Pumpkin Bourbon Pulled Pork and Chicken cocktail sandwiches.
