Jason will help you create pasta from scratch so we can make homemade Fettuccine!  He will show you how to make his amazing Vodka Turkey Bolognese and Spinach Walnut Pesto Sauces as well! Mixed green salad with homemade salad dressing will accompany! \nThen stay for our Spoken Word Poetry Performances featuring Chirskira Caillouet and M.C. Asha Omega! \nBUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE! Broadway St.\, Chicago\, IL 60613 \nAbout Chirskira: \nChirskira  Caillouet authored Honey Licorice and earned the Gwendolyn Brooks Open Mic Awards semi-finalist distinction multiple times. She’s published on pg. 17 or 19 in Revise the Psalm: Work Inspired by the Poetry of Gwendolyn Brooks along with FLOW Writing Group Members\, the Southside Weekly’s Lit Issue\, Say What\, GirlSpeak\, and various other publications.\nCaillouet achieved her Masters of Arts in Teaching in Elementary Language Arts.  She currently holds a certificate in Spoken Word Pedagogy from Concordia University. In 2015\, she won the Rock the Mic Open Mic Competition presented by the Social Justice Leaders of St. Sabina. She appeared in Empire\, The Chi\, and Shameless as an extra. \nShe hosts and curates Wordfetti Open Mic\, for performing artists in person.  In 2020\, 2022\, and 2023\, she facilitated the Sampling the Greats with the Chicago Public Library.
