In this workshop trained chef and baking instructor, Kristin “Baker Bettie” Hoffman, will walk you through the process of baking bread by hand. You’ll learn exactly what all of the ingredients do and why they play such an important part in the process. You’ll learn the basic mixing methods and master recipes that we will use to shape and bake a variety of breads. This is a hands on workshop, and you will be making and baking your own breads to take home with the chef’s guidance.

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?
This class will be catered to those who are brand new to the bread baking process, but all are welcome and even more experienced bread bakers will enjoy the class!
YOUR TICKET INCLUDES
A three-hour hands on bread workshop with all materials provided. Bread with accompaniments and coffee with be served.
All of your bread and recipes to take home along with some yeast to get you started.
Please not that due to the logistics of the space, you will be working in groups of 2. If you sign up with someone, you will be placed together. However, each student will shape and bake their own breads to take home.
