This is an introductory class aimed at building a baseline understanding of how a sourdough culture works, how to maintain it, and how to bake with it. There is a lot of confusing information out there about sourdough, and this class is aimed to help simplify things for the home baker.

-Making a basic rustic boule from start to finish
