Focaccia Bread: Join trained chef and baking instructor Baker Bettie as she leads you through how to make focaccia bread from scratch. The class will make a classic olive oil dough from scratch and learn how to make it into flatbreads and foaccia bread. Pick your own toppings for your foaccia and take your fresh made batch home with you. This will be a hands on class and is BYOB.
