Since our parties are so much fun, we only allow guests 21 and over unless otherwise noted. Also, because so many people want to come, our refund policy is written in each ticket. All purchasers must accept this policy as there are no exceptions.  ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A $12.50 PROCESSING FEE PER TICKET. Also, please email to ask if we can accommodate dietary restrictions for any event. Cancelling a ticket due to an unapproved dietary restriction will result in a $25 fee.

Part cooking class, part sit down dinner, ALL AWESOME! The perfect mix of cooking class and sit-down dinner! Learn an amazing hands on appetizer and then sit down to a three-course meal served by us and prepared with ALOHA by Chef Alissia.

Join us at the Party School of Cooking Classes, Get in the Kitchen! for a tropical evening with Chicago private chef Alissia Trent. Alissia shares her passion for cooking and experience living in Hawaii exploring island cuisine and culture through her modern approach to Hawaiian cuisine. Her menu is full of fresh bright global flavors that capture the taste of ALOHA!

Each Interactive Supper Club includes a complimentary signature cocktail prepared by the chef. We are also BYOB for all other adult beverage needs. Meet new friends and dine with old ones as you experience the spirit of aloha and warmth of island life with our Hawaiian Island themed evening!

Interactive Appetizer: Make an Exotic mushroom blend Chinese five spice seasoned pan seared & steamed dumpling served with spicy Korean Gochjang & Sweet Ginger Shoyu Dipping Sauce

Salad Course: Japanese Furikake seasoned panko crusted pan seared salmon cake topped with tropical pineapple fruit salsa served mixed greens dressed with papaya seed dressing

Entree Course: North Shore Oahu style garlic shrimp served with banana leaf steamed coconut rice & sesame stir fry vegetables

Dessert Course: Coconut sugar bruleed banana paired with haupia ice cream & strawberry yuzu & passion fruit coulis

Signature Cocktail: Classic Hawaiian Mai Tai made with golden rum, orgeat syrup, fresh lime juice, orange curacao and Hawaiian POG juice (passion, orange, guava mix an island favorite!)
