All purchasers must accept this policy as there are no exceptions. ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A $12.50 PROCESSING FEE PER TICKET. Also, please email to ask if we can accommodate dietary restrictions for any event. Cancelling a ticket due to an unapproved dietary restriction will result in a $25 fee.

IF YOU CANCEL BETWEEN 7 AND 4 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, YOU WILL RECEIVE HALF CREDIT TOWARDS A FUTURE GET IN THE KITCHEN EVENT. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 72 HOURS OF AN EVENT, YOU YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE ANYONE IN YOUR PLACE BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT GIVE CREDIT OR A REFUND.
