Chicken, Spinach, Artichoke & Asiago Cheese Rangoon
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. brick package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup green onion sliced
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken or chop fine
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup chopped marinated artichokes
- 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch salt
- canola oil for frying
Instructions
- combine all ingredients except for won ton wrappers and canola oil in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Let marinate for 3 hours.
- Create your won tons as instructed in class.
- Heat canola oil in large wok.
- Deep fry until golden brown. Then place on a plate with paper towels and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh lemon wedges and serve with tomato or hot sauce if desired.
