Official Cancellation & No Show Policy

We are so excited as our club continues to grow! Please remember your membership will be recurring until you cancel. You have committed to 3 months, so you can cancel at anytime after that. If you miss a month or are a no show without notification, below is the policies we have put in place for Cancellation and No Show.  Please let us know if you have any questions by emailing us at [email protected]

IF YOU FIND YOU CANNOT ATTEND A SCHEDULED MONTHLY EVENT: You must notify us at least 72 hours in advance and we will pause your membership payments for the following month or issue a credit equal to your membership fee to use towards another Get in the Kitchen cooking party of your choice.

IF YOU ARE A NO-SHOW WITHOUT 72 HOURS ADVANCED NOTICE: You will receive wines for the month from the remaining inventory but unfortunately you will forfeit the cooking party portion of your membership. This is because we had planned food and staffing based on your attendance.

IN THE RARE EVENT YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP, you must notify us in writing of your intention. Please note, that you have committed to a 3 month membership, so cancellation will occur after the three months is up.

Here’s what you get when you become a Wyner!

  • Get 2 bottles a month of specially procured Wine from our amazingly awesome wine curator, Kelly! The wines change every month and they are not available to our regular customers. Each wine is valued between $15-$25 a bottle.
  • Monthly Tasting & Social Cooking Club Event!  Attend a happy hour event to taste the wines of the month and learn an awesome small plate from one of our chefs and guest chefs! See above for Group days of the month.
    • Taste the wines of the month and choose your two bottles. Note that bottles will be picked up the following week.
    • Meet and hang out with all of the other wine club members during our complimentary cooking party!
    • Attend a monthly cooking party and learn an amazing small plate from one of our chefs or guest chefs!
    • Have the chance to purchase more of the wines of the month at a discount!
    • Get an automatic 10% discount in our store on any merchandise other than wine for the life of your membership.

Guests are welcome! If you want to bring a guest to any of our monthly events, you can secure a reservation for them for just $35! Guest’s can sample wines, make our specialty dish of the month and hang out with the other Wyners! They won’t get any wines, but can order any of the wines at a discount.

  • Single Membership
    • Three month commitment, then cancel anytime after that.
    • One person attendance for monthly social club event.
    • 2 bottles of wine of the month. Choose your two favorite at the monthly wine tasting!
    • Guests can attend the monthly event for $35. They can taste wine and do the cooking party, but will not get bottles of wine.
    • 10% discount of anything in our store except for wines.
  • Double Membership
    • Three month commitment, then cancel anytime after that.
    • Two person attendance for monthly social club event.
    • 2 bottles of wine of the month. Choose your two favorite at the monthly wine tasting! Please note double memberships only get 2 bottles of wine. the extra cost is for the extra cooking experience.
    • Guests can attend the monthly event for $35. They can taste wine and do the cooking party, but will not get bottles of wine.
    • 10% discount of anything in our store except for wines.
