Bagel Kit pick-up- PLEASE ALLOW 2 DAYS FOR PICKUP IF SOLD OUT- Because these kits have been very popular, we have been selling out and if they sell out, they must be made the day before and Frozen. So, depending on the time you purchase, it may take 2 days for your pickup. If they are sold out, you will receive a text from us letting you know what day you can pick up.
For the time being, this menu is PICK-UP from Wednesday- Sunday 12-5pm. Please allow 2 days for pickup if sold out on the day you order.
We will be pre-making our awesome bagel dough and freezing it for you to take home! Then all you need to do is defrost, shape and flavor them according to the directions and then make them fresh according to the directions below! You can get 6 for $15, 12 for $20 or 24 for $35!
Each kit comes with individual balls of bagel dough and our “everything bagel topping” consisting of garlic, poppy seed, onion and kosher salt on the side.
Feel free to add your own flavors like sundried tomato, fresh green onion, cheeses, etc. at home. We will show you how!
How it works:
- Decide if you want 6, 12 or 24
- Add to your cart
- Pick up your bagel dough
- Defrost them in a lightly floured pan covered tightly with plastic wrap and let the dough rise on the counter-top overnight. (at least 5 hours)
- Flavor the dough using your own ingredients like cheeses, green onion, sundried tomato and form the hole by pushing your thumbs through (will have a video)
- Boil the bagels for 3 minutes
- Top with everything flavor mixture of onion, garlic, poppy seed and kosher salt-optional
- Bake on a greased baking sheet at 425 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
