Description
Baguettes: Join trained chef and baking instructor Baker Bettie to learn how to make baguettes from scratch. She will walk you through the process of making the dough, and you will practice shaping, scoring, and hot stone baking techniques. She will also show you a fun variation called epi bread (or wheat stalk bread). You will leave with baguettes that you baked in class. This will be a hands on class and is BYOB.
