Price is $89 per person with a minimum of $890. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date and time, and full payment is due 7 days before the event. See next section for details on refunds.
Deposit and Payment: 50% deposit is refundable up to 45 days prior to the event. After that, please see refund policy below for terms. The deposit will be $445.
Full payment is due 7 days before the event. Should you want to add more people to the event after that, full payment for all add-ons is to be paid on or before event day.
Refund Policy: Fully refundable up to 45 days before the event. After that, your deposit is non-refundable. ANY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE EVENT ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AS WE WILL NOT HAVE TIME TO MARKET AND FILL THE TIME. HOWEVER, YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE UP TO AS MANY GUESTS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL FOR THE TIME SLOT.
COVID REFUND POLICY
If we are shut down due to COVID restrictions prior to 14 days out, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. If we are shut down due to Covid Restrictions within 14 days of your event, we will offer a 50% refund of any monies paid and 50% credit towards any cooking party, private or public. This is because we start to incur costs within 14 days of any event.
Mixology & Pasta
We will have a drink of choice prepared for you. We will demonstrate how to make the simple syrup for the drink and use it to make a sorbet for dessert.
We will show you how to make pasta from scratch and the chef will prepare 2 sauces to top. The chef will also prepare a mixed green salad with homemade vinaigrette.
The chef will send a proposed menu but you may tweak it to your needs.

Beverages: A Complimentary signature cocktail as described above will be provided that will be enough for at least 1 drink per person. We will provide water in pitchers, but are a BYOB facility. Please plan to bring any wine or alcoholic beverages or soft drinks that you will require. For an additional charge of $3 per person we can provide a variety of sodas, bottled waters and seltzers during evening for you to drink for your dinner.
Cakes and outside Foods:
You are welcome to bring a cake or any other already prepared and cooked foods that have been prepared in a facility monitored by the Chicago Department of Health into the facility.
