Dear Anna-

I am “pleased as punch” that you have chosen Get in the Kitchen! and Chef Alissia Trent (sorry that was the only food pun I could think of:)to host your corporate virtual happy hour!  We know we can create an event that will be a lip smacking good time for all! I am happy to furnish this proposal for your review and comments.

Date:  September  16 , 2020 5:30PM-7:00 PM

Price is $65 per person for 10 or less, $55 per person for 25 or less and $45 per person above 25 people. You have tentatively indicated that you will have 15 people, so we will base the proposal and deposit off of that number.  A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date and time. See next section for details on refunds.

Deposit and Payment:  50% deposit is refundable up to 45 days prior to the event. After that, please see refund policy below for terms. The deposit will be $412.50

Full payment is due 7 days before the event. Should you want to add more people to the event after that, full payment for all add-ons is to be paid on event day.

Refund Policy: Fully refundable up to 45 days before the event. After that, your deposit is non-refundable. ANY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE EVENT ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AS WE WILL NOT HAVE TIME TO MARKET AND FILL THE TIME. HOWEVER, YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE UP TO AS MANY GUESTS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL FOR THE TIME SLOT.

*Cocktail: NEGRONI

Campari, sweet vermouth, gin, and orange peel.

 

*Appetizer: SUMMER CORN SUCCOTASH WEDGE SALAD

Lemon rosemary dressing, Fresh shaved corn off the cob, cherry tomatoes, lima beans, Parmesan crouton.

 

*Main Course: HANDCRAFTED RAVIOLI

Ricotta spinach portabello mushroom filling, Basil pesto sauce.

Chef Alissia will perform and teach a virtual cooking class via an online platform of your choosing. She will furnish you the ingredients and list cooking tools required for a successful recreation of the meals.

This Proposal will convert to a Contract upon the payment of your deposit or submission of credit card to secure the date. Please sign below and return to Get in the Kitchen! upon the submission of your deposit or credit card information.
