Dear Gil!

I am “pleased as punch” that you have chosen Get in the Kitchen! (sorry that was the only food pun I could think ofJ)to host your group event! We know we can create an event that will be a lip smacking good time for all! I am happy to furnish this proposal for your review and comments.

Date: Tuesday, March 24th, 2020 6:30pm-9:30pm

You have chosen the Small Plates Party and I will charge the chamber a flat fee of $400. Additionally, the cost per person will be $30.

Entertainment

  • Karaoke (will provide for free if we reach 15 people or more subject to availability)

 

Deposit and Payment:  A deposit is needed to hold a date. It is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to the event. After that, please see refund policy below for terms.  The deposit for this event will be the minimum of $200

Full payment is due 7 days before the event. Should you want to add more people to the event after that, full payment for all add-ons is to be paid on event day.

Refund Policy: Fully refundable up to 60 days before the event. After that, your deposit is non-refundable. ANY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE EVENT ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AS WE WILL NOT HAVE TIME TO MARKET AND FILL THE TIME. HOWEVER, YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE UP TO AS MANY GUESTS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL FOR THE TIME SLOT.

CHANGES TO DATE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF EVENT WILL BE CONSIDERED A CANCELLATION . We will try to accommodate any change to the date before that, but cannot guarantee the same menu or ability to change. Changes to the date prior to 30 days from the event will be subject to a $300 change fee.

Small Plates Party

We have tentatively chosen a Small Plates Menu of Homemade Jalapeno Garlic Bread with Pico de Gallo & Chile Tequila Pineapple Braised Chicken, Toasted Rueben Egg Rolls and Banana Chocolate Marshmallow Crispy Wontons for Dessert .  We will also provide a signature cocktail to guests, but will be BYOB for everything else. We will choose the final menu at least 15 days prior to the event.

Beverages: We will provide water in pitchers and a signature cocktail good for at least one per person, but are a BYOB facility. Please plan to bring any wine or alcoholic beverages that you will require and any soft drinks that you would like to enjoy. We can also supply a variety of bottled water and sodas for $3 per person if you choose.

Cakes and outside Foods:

You are welcome to bring a cake or any other already prepared and cooked foods that have been prepared in a facility monitored by the Chicago Department of Health into the facility.

This Proposal will convert to a Contract upon the payment of your deposit or submission of credit card to secure the date. Please sign below and return to Get in the Kitchen! upon the submission of your deposit or credit card information.
