Directions: Mix 6 tablespoons of cashew chicken sauce mix with 2 cups of water, stir and heat to just boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. In a bowl, Mix together fried chicken until sauce has completely covered the chicken. Add 1/4 cup of chopped green onions and 2 cups of cashews Enjoy! Makes 8 Servings
