Rental Price: $200 per hour. $25 per assistant per hour.
Deposit and Payment: 50% deposit is required to hold the space and full payment is due 7 days prior to space rental. The deposit is non- refundable. Should you cancel with less than 60 days notice, full payment will be due immediately. The total comes to $800 and the deposit will be $400. Payment for all assistant help will be paid with any incidentals such as alcohol, etc. on the evening of the event. The number of assistants and amount of hours that they will be needed will be determined by your plans for the evening. We will agree on this number at least 3 weeks prior to your party.
Rental Terms:
You have opted to rent the space for 4 hours for a fee of $200 per hour and opted to hire assistants for cleaning. You will have use of all of our equipment, dishware, as needed.
