Kitchen Kamp Week 3 August 5 – August 9 10:30am-1pm
Send your child to Kitchen Kamp! Every week has lessons on Food Safety, Measurements, Reading Recipes, and basic cooking skills! Then we get in the kitchen and make great things they will be able to make at home! Cooking downtime will be filled with arts and crafts and fun games as time allows!
THIS WEEK’S MENU:
Monday: Dumplings- Chicken Rangoon & Potstickers & Pizza Dough for Tuesday. Learn how to stuff and fold wonton wrappers with two types of fillings and then cook them by pan frying them.
Tuesday: Pizza- Learn how to create Italian garlic bread from scratch and then bake pizza using a variety of different toppings including chicken, Peperoni, and a variety of vegetables like tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, peppers, spinach and cheeses. Then make bagel dough for Wednesday.
Wednesday: Bagel Sandwiches: Make Bagels from Scratch and top them with choice of sesame seeds, dried onion, dried garlic and cheeses. Then make chicken salad and Tuna salad from scratch and make sandwiches out of your bagel! Homemade potato home fries will accompany the sandwiches.
Thursday: Mexican Food: Make Homemade tortilla chips, Pico De Gallo, Guacamole and then quesadillas with a variety of ingredients!
Friday: BBQ Pulled Chicken & Waffles: Learn how to make waffles from scratch and then top them with BBQ Pulled Chicken. Sweet Potato Pancakes to accompany.

Camp starts at 10:30 AM and ends at 1PM M-F . Please plan to drop off and pick up your child at these times.
