Part Cooking Class, part Sit Down Dinner, all amazing!  Come celebrate Mardi Gras and sip on a complimentary  Hurricane cocktail, cook an amazing Cajun Appetizer and sit down to a 3 course meal prepared by our Cajun chef, Allen Rochelle!!! We will also have New Orleans Entertainment and will be playing Mardi Gras Bingo for beads! Also, Feel Free to  BYOB: BRING YOUR OWN BEADS for exchanging with other party-goers!

Appetizer Cooking Class: Learn how to make Cajun Hush Puppies from scratch during our appetizer lesson!

Chef Salad with Honey Pesto Vinaigrette

Jambalaya with Chicken, Shrimp & Cajun Sausage

Bread Pudding with Candied Walnuts & King Cake
