Come celebrate Mother’s Day and learn basic French Cakes and Cake Creams with The Cakemaker! Zoran, owner of the Cakemaker will teach you how to make some amazing classic French and European desserts! Amaze your friends and wow your family at your next gathering!
In this class everyone will work in teams of 4-5.
Zoran will teach the basics of French and European cakes and cake creams.
You will learn how to make
- Genoise cake
- Dacquoise cake
- Crème Patisserie
- Diplomat Cream
Zoran, owner of The Cakemaker, has been whipping up delicious desserts for more than 20 years. While known for his European style wedding and other specialty cakes, he also shares his knowledge of a wide variety of cookies and pastries. Before launching The Cakemaker, Zoran owned a catering company and has managed numerous restaurants in the Chicago area. His goal is to make classes fun as well as educational.
When: Sunday May 12, 2pm-5pm

IF YOU CANCEL BETWEEN 7 AND 4 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, YOU WILL RECEIVE HALF CREDIT TOWARDS A FUTURE GET IN THE KITCHEN EVENT. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 72 HOURS OF AN EVENT, YOU YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE ANYONE IN YOUR PLACE BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT GIVE CREDIT OR A REFUND.
