Why not change up your Thanksgiving!? Chef Niki has introduced this amazing Indian Inspired Thanksgiving!

Order your meal by 6PM on November 23rd. Pick up on November 24th from 4-6PM. Everything is made to be re-heated for your Thanksgiving Feast

Meet Niki!

Chef Niki Dhingra of Plattered by Niki  is known for her Indian fusion inspired cuisine. Chef Niki’s Indian roots, love for travel, and all things food converge beautifully offering a menu of Indian & globally inspired tapas and contemporary Indian cuisine. In normal times, Niki is our Indian Cooking Class expert! We can’t wait to welcome her back to the kitchen!

HOW IT WORKS:

Take a look at the menu and order by 6 PM on November 23rd. Pick up will be available from 4-6 PM on November 24th.

  1. To order, simply select all of the items you would like to delight yourself with and add to your cart by 6 PM on November 23rd
  2. Select the “Local Pickup” option when checking out. We are so sorry, but Delivery is not available for this menu.
  3. Pick up is available from 4-6 on November 24th.

APPETIZER

Sweet Potato Samosa Potli with Cranberry Chutney (6 pcs) $9

Sweet potato samosa purses served with cranberry chutney

 

MAINS

**All mains come with an 8 oz. side of rice/pulav**

Lamb Rogan Josh $17

Kashmiri-style slow cooked bone-in-lamb curry with ginger, chili, yogurt, and whole spices. Served with black cumin basmati.

Mushroom Kesar Masala $15

Assorted variety of mushrooms simmered in almond, saffron, and yogurt sauce. Served with black cumin basmati.

 

SIDES

Green Bean and Paneer Crumble (large 16 oz : $10)

Green beans and crumbled paneer cooked in Indian spices

Butternut Squash Bharta ( large 16 oz : $10)

The bharta (or mash) is traditionally cooked with eggplant. However, this Thanksgiving version is made with smoked butternut squash and Indian spices.

Layered Mint Paratha $4

Whole wheat flaky flatbread. Dried Mint. Ghee.

Cumin Basmati Rice $5

DESSERT

Orange and Clove Chocolate Tart $7 per Slice or $35 for entire Tart

Decadent Chocolate Tart infused with Orange and Clove Spice
