Come in and Marlo will teach you how to do a Lumpia Eggroll appetizer and then you will sit down to a 3- course Filipino dinner prepared by Marlo and served by our staff! This experience includes a complimentary signature cocktail as well, but all other wine or alcohol is BYOB.

INTERACTIVE APPETIZER: Lumpia Eggrolls: pork and minced shrimp, water chestnuts, carrots,garlic, with filipino flavors!
SOUP: Arroz Caldo – chicken and rice soup with a ginger garlic broth
MAIN COURSE: Pork belly adobo, white rice, and long green beans
DESSERT: Suman with fruits- A coconut rice tamale in banana leaf served with condensed milk and fruit

Marlo graduated from the Cooking Hospitality Institute of Chicago in 2008. She’s worked in different restaurant settings from fine dining to catering since then and has learned many cuisines from sushi to molecular gastronomy. Her main focus is on Filipino, Asian, and Latin foods and techniques. She is the chef/owner of No Forks Given Events & Catering (formerly known as Yelo in Geneva, IL).
