Every Wednesday A different chef will teach you some amazing small plate and appetizer dishes and then teach you how and why they pair them with their favorite wines! Every Wednesday is a different menu and different pairing. You will get a complimentary sample of wine with each course, but BYOB for everything else! Chorizo & shrimp skewers- Paired with a Rose
Chicken & mushroom stuffed crepes with cream sauce- Paired with a Malbec
Snickers bites- dates, peanut butter, peanuts, dark chocolate – Paired with a Cannonau

Lori has 18 years of experience as a personal chef and caterer in Chicago. As the owner of Crave Cuisine, she hosts private cooking classes, group cooking parties and cooking competitions including blind food tasting games.

IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE EVENT, YOU UNFORTUNATELY FORFEIT YOUR CLASS FEE, BUT CAN SUBSTITUTE ANYONE IN YOUR PLACE.
