Ingredients
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 oz. chipotle chile with adobo sauce these chiles are packed with adobo sauce and canned. Found in the Mexican section of the grocery store.
  • 1 dried chile pepper (ancho, guajillo, etc.) de-seeded and sliced- find at grocery store
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp South of My Border Mexican Blend or create an equal mix of cumin, chili powder, oregano and dry minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp salt

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Marinate your choice of meat for at least 4 hours or overnight.
