In a pot, sauté onion with enough olive oil to coat. Slice chicken breast or beef into small cubes and sauté with onions for an additional half minute until it starts to brown. Then add two swigs of soy sauce, two swigs of vinegar, sprinkling of curry and chili powder and sauté a bit longer so that the vegetable and chicken soak up some flavor (about a minute more.) Add can of soup and one can of water. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce and 3 tbsp of vinegar. Add 1 tsp of curry powder, 1 tsp chili powder and ground black pepper to taste and stir. Bring to a boil for 30 seconds and then lower heat to simmer. Add the rest of the vegetables as well as the pasta. Simmer for 20 minutes. Salt to taste.
