Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Hoison sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbps soy sauce
  • 1 tsp curry power
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4-5 breasts chicken
  • wooden skewers

  • 2 tbsp Hoison sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbps soy sauce
  • 1 tsp curry power
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4-5 breasts chicken
  • wooden skewers

Instructions
    Marinade
    1. Combine hoison sauce, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, curry powder, chili powder, garlic powder, sesame oil and pepper with ¼ cup water and mix thoroughly.
    2. Cut chicken breasts into strips and place in marinade for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
    Preparation
    1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees- Can alternatively grill the strips if desired.
    2. Place chicken strips in a greased baking pan and put into oven for about 30 minutes.
    3. During this time, place rest of marinade in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Let boil for 10- 20 seconds and turn heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. (This will be the sauce you serve it with.)
    4. When chicken strips are done, let cool for 10 minutes until safe to work with and so they don't burn your hands when you skewer them.
    5. Can warm them in the oven at 200 degrees, or serve them at room temperature. SERVE ‘EM WITH THE SAUCE ON THE SIDE FOR DIPPING, [email protected]!
