Ingredients
  • 1 can beer
  • curry powder
  • chili powder
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • paprika
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 4 chicken breasts cubed if for kebabs, whole if cooking in oven.
  • 1 onion sliced fajita style
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 green pepper sliced fajita style
  • tomatoes chopped thick

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar

Instructions
    Marinade
    1. Combine can of beer, 1 tbsp of curry powder, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper, juice of 1 lime, 2 tbsp of melted butter and 1/2 tsp brown sugar. Marinate chicken and vegetables together for at least two hours.
    Cooking Options
    1. Grilling: Grill vegetables and chicken. Put on Kebab if desired. Baste often with marindade until the last 10 minutes. Boil the rest of marinade for 5-10 minutes and serve as a dipping sauce.
    2. On A Stove: Sauté sliced onions and sliced garlic cloves in a tbsp of olive oil on medium high heat for about 2 minutes until onions become translucent. Add vegetables and chicken and sauté until chicken is browned. Add enough marinade so that chicken and vegetables are ¼ to ½ submerged. Bring to a boil for 30 seconds and then simmer. Add a Stir and cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Boil any remaining marinade for 5-10 minutes, combine with juices from pan, and serve as a dipping sauce.
