Ingredients
  • 2 lb chicken thighs or wings
  • 3-4 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp horseradish or Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cajun Blend or equal mix of thyme, oregano, basil, paprika and a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 2 lb chicken thighs or wings
  • 3-4 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp horseradish or Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cajun Blend or equal mix of thyme, oregano, basil, paprika and a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except for 1 tbsp of olive oil in a bowl and marinate chicken for two hours, but overnight is best.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. In a large, oven safe frying pan (large enough to hold all wings or two if you need), heat olive oil and brown chicken on all sides.
  4. Add the marinade to the pan. Stir to incorporate everything and bring to a simmer.
  5. Place directly into the oven for 40 minutes.
  6. Broil for 3-5 minutes until crispy. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
