Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Asian spice blend create a blend of equal parts dry minced garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, ginger with a pinch of five spice, cardamom and white pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp freshly ground ginger
  • tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 5 cloves garlic 3 crushed f0r marinade, 2 sliced for sauteeing
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1 lb large shrimp
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • chopped parsley and green onions for garnish

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Place shrimp in marinade for about one hour. Don’t over marinate or shrimp will begin to cook and become tougher.
  2. Heat canola oil on medium high heat and saute garlic for one minute until golden brown.
  3. Pan-fry in oil for about 2-3 minutes. Add the marinade to the pan and then pan fry for 3 minutes on other side.
  4. Serve with sauce from the pan
