Ingredients
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 2 kiwis peeled
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 6 pre-made individual graham cracker crusts

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 2 kiwis peeled
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 6 pre-made individual graham cracker crusts

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a food processor, combine cream cheese, raspberry jam, 1 kiwi, egg, brown sugar, vanilla extract and almond extract and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into each of the individual crusts and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Take out and let cool for about 5 minutes until cool enough to carefully place into a deep baking tray or other receptacle that can be covered. Cover and place in refrigerator for about an hour.
  6. Cut a sliver of kiwi from the second kiwi, place on top and serve it [email protected]
