Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 head green cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 lb carrots shredded (can find in super market already shredded)
  • 1/4 Vidalia onion diced fine
  • 2 sprigs parsley fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 - 1 tbsp My Leaning Tower Italian Blend OR the following 3 spices:
  • 1 tsp dry minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions
  1. For the dressing: Place vinegar, olive oil, sugar, My Leaning Tower Italian Blend (or other 3 spices listed), salt, and ground black pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  2. Place cabbage, carrots, and onion, in a bowl with the dressing and mix thoroughly. Top with fresh parsley and mix to incorporate. Let refrigerate for at least an hour. Feel free to make more dressing if desired.
