Instructions
  1. In a coverable wok or deep frying pan, sauté onion and garlic in about 1 tbsp of sesame oil for 1-2 minutes on medium high heat until onions become translucent.
  2. SERVE IT, [email protected]!
  3. Add carrots and corn and sauté for an additional two minutes.
  4. Add pork, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp of vinegar, ½ tsp each of cumin, paprika, and ground black pepper and continue to sauté for another minute or two.
  5. Add ¼ cup of water, 3 tbsp of soy sauce and 3 tbsp of vinegar. Set heat to medium low, stir and cover. Let simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
  6. Crush Ramen noodles thoroughly (in their package) so they are broken up into small bits. Place Ramen in pan and stir to immerse in liquid. Cover and let sit for about 5 minutes so the ramen absorbs liquid and gets soft.
  7. Add shrimp and peas and stir. Cover and let sit about 2 minutes so peas and shrimp defrost.
  8. Make a hole in the ramen/vegetable/pork mix in the center so you can see the bottom of the pan. Make sure pan is on medium low heat and pour the beaten egg in the center. Let the egg sit for about 1 minute until it starts to harden. When it starts to harden, but still has a “loose consistency, mix it thoroughly in with the rest of the ramen/vegetable/pork/shrimp mix. Keep mixing until all of the egg and shrimp are cooked.
  9. Serve it, [email protected]!
