Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1/2 onion diced fine
  • 1 cup mushrooms diced, your choice of mushrooms
  • 2-3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup turkey drippings or substitute broth and 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 sprig dill chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 cup turkey drippings or substitute broth and 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 sprig dill chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
  1. In a pot, melt the butter, and then add the garlic, onion and mushrooms and sauté for about a minute. And then add one of the tbsp of flour. Stir to let it clump and then add the turkey drippings, Marsala Wine, dill, ground black pepper, salt and bring to a boil so it thickens a little. Lower heat to medium-low and let simmer. Add the rest of the flour while stirring and let it cook, covered for about five more minutes until it becomes thick. Take off of the heat, let sit for about a minute and then add the Dijon mustard and stir.
