Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh squeezed
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp South of My Border Mexican Blend or create an equal mix of cumin, chili powder, oregano and dry minced garlic

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and let stand for about 15 minutes. Brush onto corn before you grill or broil for 10 minutes.
