Ingredients
  • 1 can black olives drained
  • 1 tsp thyme dry or fresh
  • 4 sprigs parsley fresh, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 pinch salt Add more as desired, but remember black olives are salty

Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Pulse until smooth and incorporated into a paste. As olives have salt, you will only want to salt to taste.
