Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 4 springs fresh parsley chopped fine
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Marinate the lamb for at least 2 hours, but overnight is best. This is good for 2 lbs of lamb. If you have more, adjust the recipe by adjusting the servings box to the appropriate weight.
