Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp BBQ Spice Blend equal mix of cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, onion flakes, parsley, black pepper
  • 2 red pears peeled and diced
  • 1 lb cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger zested
  • Asiago & Parmesan Cheeses shredded
  • Egg Roll Wrappers
  • vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce

Instructions
  1. Saute pears with a pinch of salt and bbq spices and then let cool.
  2. combine all of the ingredients (besides the egg roll wrappers and oil) and mix thoroughly to form your filling.
  3. Place about two tbsp of the filling into an egg roll wrapper with cheese and fold as instructed.
  4. Fry for about 3-5 minutes until golden crispy brown. Serve with BBQ sauce.
