BBQ Pear Chicken Egg Rolls
- Saute pears with a pinch of salt and bbq spices and then let cool.
- combine all of the ingredients (besides the egg roll wrappers and oil) and mix thoroughly to form your filling.
- Place about two tbsp of the filling into an egg roll wrapper with cheese and fold as instructed.
- Fry for about 3-5 minutes until golden crispy brown. Serve with BBQ sauce.
