  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 Leaves sage fresh, chopped
  • 1 onion diced
  • 4 potatoes large, cut into wedges
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In an oven safe pan, sauté onion and sage with a pinch of salt and pepper in a tbsp olive oil on medium high heat, for about 2 minutes until onions become translucent. Add potatoes and butter and slightly brown (approximately 2 more minutes). Add lemon juice, and about 1 tsp of salt and ½ tsp ground black pepper, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Place oven safe pan directly into oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Broil for 3-5 minutes until potatoes become golden brown and crisp.
