Ingredients
  • olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic diced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 can water chestnuts drained
  • 2 lbs spinach freshly grated
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • lemon wedges

  • 1 can water chestnuts drained
  • 2 lbs spinach freshly grated
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • lemon wedges

Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan on medium-high heat. Add garlic, onions and water chestnuts and sauté for about 3 minutes until onions become translucent and water chestnuts begin to brown a bit. Add spinach, salt and pepper and sauté for an additional two minutes until spinach is simply wilted. Take off heat, place on serving platter and squeeze a few lemon wedges on top.
