  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
  1. Prepare jasmine rice by combining 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, cover and then simmer on medium low heat for 15 minutes. Turn off heat, keep covered and let steam for another 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat 1-2 Tbsp of olive oil in a deep, coverable pan with Tbsp butter (optional) on medium high heat. Once butter is melted, sauté garlic and onion for 2-3 minutes with a pinch of salt and pepper until onions become translucent.
  3. Add the shrimp, season with a little (just about 1/3 of the Tbsp) of the My Leaning Tower Italian Blend or substitute spices, pinch of salt and pepper and let sauté for 3 minutes until they start to become orange-red. Remove the shrimp from the pan, place on a plate and cover with tinfoil and set aside.
  4. Add the white wine, chicken broth, pinch of salt, pepper, the rest of the My Leaning Tower Italian Blend, or substitute spices, and bring to a slow boil on medium high heat.
  5. Once it starts a rolling boil, sprinkle the flour and stir to make sure most of the lumps are removed.
  6. Add the Brussels sprouts or broccoli and stir to make sure they are coated.
  7. Add the vinegar or lemon juice. Cover the pan and let simmer on medium low heat for about 10 minutes.
  8. Add the shrimp back to the pan, cover and let simmer for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  9. Serve over rice with parmesan cheese.
