Ingredients
  • Spicy Asian Mayo
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tsp sriracha hot chile sauce
  • 1 pinch/drizzle sesame oil
  • 1 pinch/drizzle soy sauce
  • 1 pinch Miso Ho-Nee Asian Blend or combine cumin optional, but reccommended
  • For the Wraps
  • 6 slices smoked salmon about 6 inches long
  • 1-2 cups crabstick in chunks
  • 1/4 mango julienne (sliced thin and long)
  • 1 green onion sliced

Instructions
    Spicy Asian Mayo
    1. Make the spicy Asian mayo by combining the ingredients and stirring until everything is incorporated. Refrigerate until you need to use it.
    Wraps
    1. Lay out one slice of smoked salmon and spread a little of the Asian mayo inside. Place some crab, mango and green onion along one side so the mango and crab stick out from the top a bit. Then , starting from that side, roll until salmon is wrapped completely and tightly around the contents.
    2. Serve with more of the green onion as garnish.
