For the Snow Crab simply boil in salted water for about 8 minutes if frozen and 5-6 if not.
Italian drawn butter
Combine butter, spice blend or spices and salt in a small pot (or bowl if using microwave). Over a low flame, melt the butter.
Shrimp & bacon Marsala Orzo risotto
Combine My Leaning Tower Italian Blend, or other spices, Marsala wine, chicken broth and melted butter in a measuring cup or bowl and mix thoroughly. Set aside.
In a deep frying pan, sauté onion and garlic in about a tbsp of olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper for about 1 minute on medium high heat until onions become translucent.
Add bacon and shrimp and continue to sauté for another 2 minutes until bacon is browned.
Add the orzo and rice and saute for another minute or so. Add the tomatoes and red peppers and saute an additional 2- 3 minutes.
Starting on medium high heat, add one cup of the Marsala/ chicken broth mixture and stir into the rice and orzo until it is mostly absorbed (will be about 3-5 minutes). Lower heat to medium and add an additional ½ cup of the mixture and continuously stir until it is absorbed. Lower heat to medium low and add an additional ½ cup of the mixture and stir continuously until it is absorbed. Add the last of the liquid and stir until it is completely absorbed. Taste to make sure that the rice is tender and not still hard. If it is still hard, add a ¼ cup of water and stir until absorbed.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until it is melted and incorporated. Add the frozen peas about 2 minutes before serving, stir and incorporate. Salt to taste.
