Instructions
Spicy Sauce
  1. In a bowl combine ¼ cup of ketchup, 4 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp hot pepper sauce 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, ½ tsp ground black pepper, 1 tbsp parsley flakes. Mix thoroughly.
Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grate the potato into thin strings in a strainer and squeeze excess water out. Place in a bowl. In same bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, celery, 1 tsp of chili powder, beaten egg, ½ cup of bread crumbs, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp ground black pepper, ½ of the spicy sauce (that you made above), and 1 tbsp olive oil. Mix thoroughly until even.
  3. Place meat mixture into greased baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes, carefully drain any liquid, and then use the rest of the spicy sauce to baste on top of the loaf. Bake for an additional 20 minutes. Carefully drain again and let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
  4. CUT AND SERVE IT WITH RANCH OR BLEU CHEESE DRESSING, Bit@h!
