  • flour tortillas
  • 8 oz. vegetable cream cheese
  • 1 tsp South of My Border Mexican Blend or create a blend of an equal mix of cumin, chili powder, oregano and dry minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup salsa

  • 1 tsp South of My Border Mexican Blend or create a blend of an equal mix of cumin, chili powder, oregano and dry minced garlic

Instructions
  1. Place cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and put in to microwave for 15 seconds to soften it. Add South of My Border Mexican Blend or substitute spices and salsa and mix thoroughly. Thinly spread mixture on approximately ¾ of the tortilla (it will spread as you roll it). Starting from the side where there is cheese spread, roll tortilla tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. When ready to serve, unwrap plastic wrap and slice with a sharp knife into 1 inch “pinwheels.”
