Ingredients
  • 1/2 head green cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 lb carrots shredded (can find in super market already shredded)
  • 1/4 Vidalia onion
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 sprigs parsley fresh

  • 1/2 head green cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 lb carrots shredded (can find in super market already shredded)
  • 1/4 Vidalia onion
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 sprigs parsley fresh
Servings:
Instructions
  1. Place cabbage and carrots in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. For dressing, combine the onion, mayonnaise, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, ground black pepper, and parsley in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour on top of the cabbage and carrots and mix thoroughly. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
