Tuna Ramen Pasta Salad
- Dice carrot and boil until slightly tender. About 5 minutes. Meanwhile crush the ramen noodles in the package.
- Combine onion, pickle, carrot, tuna, corn, peas, crushed ramen noodles into the same bowl with 1 tsp of garlic powder, ½ tsp of ground black pepper, 1 tsp of onion powder and 1/2 tsp of salt, 2 heaping tbsp of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar, 1 heaping tbsp of horseradish mustard and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 25 minutes until ramen noodles are tender.
