Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup carrot diced
  • 1 packet Ramen noodles crushed in their package
  • 1/4 onion chopped
  • 2 pickles chopped finely
  • 1 can Tuna
  • 1/4 cup frozen corn thawed
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas thawed
  • garlic powder
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp horseradish mustard

  • 1/4 cup frozen corn thawed
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas thawed
  • garlic powder
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp horseradish mustard

Instructions
  1. Dice carrot and boil until slightly tender. About 5 minutes. Meanwhile crush the ramen noodles in the package.
  2. Combine onion, pickle, carrot, tuna, corn, peas, crushed ramen noodles into the same bowl with 1 tsp of garlic powder, ½ tsp of ground black pepper, 1 tsp of onion powder and 1/2 tsp of salt, 2 heaping tbsp of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar, 1 heaping tbsp of horseradish mustard and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 25 minutes until ramen noodles are tender.
