Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1/2 onion diced fine
  • 2-3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup turkey drippings or substitute broth and 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 leaf sage chopped
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp parsley fresh
  • 1 sprig dill chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 cup turkey drippings or substitute broth and 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 leaf sage chopped
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp parsley fresh
  • 1 sprig dill chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
  1. In a pot, melt the butter, and then add the garlic, onion and one of the Tbsp of flour. Stir to let it clump and then add the turkey drippings, white wine, sage, thyme, parsley, dill and bring to a boil so it thickens a little. Lower heat to medium-low and let simmer. Add the rest of the flour while stirring and let it cook for about five more minutes until it becomes thick. Starting with a tsp of salt, add salt to taste in increments of ½ tsp.
