Chicken, Spinach, Artichoke & Asiago Cheese Rangoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz. brick package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onion sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken or chop fine
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup chopped marinated artichokes
  • 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • canola oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • combine all ingredients except for won ton wrappers and canola oil in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Let marinate for 3 hours.
  • Create your won tons as instructed in class.
  • Heat canola oil in large wok.
  • Deep fry until golden brown. Then place on a plate with paper towels and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with fresh lemon wedges and serve with tomato or hot sauce if desired.
