Since our parties are so much fun, we only allow guests 21 and over unless otherwise noted. Also, because so many people want to come, our refund policy is written in each ticket. All purchasers must accept this policy as there are no exceptions.  ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A $12.50 PROCESSING FEE PER TICKET. Also, please email to ask if we can accommodate dietary restrictions for any event. Cancelling a ticket due to an unapproved dietary restriction will result in a $25 fee.

Join us at the Party School of Cooking Classes, Get in the Kitchen for an amazing evening celebrating Hawaiian Island Cuisine! The perfect mix of cooking class and sit-down dinner learn an amazing hands on appetizer and then sit down to a three-course menu prepared with ALOHA by Chicago Chef Alissia Trent of SimplyDeliciousChicago.Com.

Alissia shares her passion for cooking and experience living in Hawaii exploring island cuisine and culture through her modern approach to Hawaiian cuisine. Her menu is full of fresh bright pacific influenced global flavors that capture the taste of ALOHA!

Enjoy a complimentary signature cocktail prepared by the chef and BYOB. Meet new friends and dine with old ones as you experience the spirit of ALOHA and island life with our Hawaiian Island themed evening!

Interactive Appetizer: ASIAN 5 SPICE DUMPLINGS
Learn how to make delicious handmade pan steamed Asian spiced dumplings stuffed with a vegetable mushroom blend and ginger scallion dipping sauce.

Salad Course: MIXED FIELD GREENS SALAD WITH PASSION FRUIT VINAIGRETTE Fresh corn, tomato, edamame succotash topped with a sesame parmesan crouton crisp.

Entree Course: CHOICE OF PAN SEARED MISO SALMON OR SPICY GOCHUGANG KOREAN GARLIC SHRIMP
Accompanied by Japanese Furikake topped banana coconut rice and stir fry vegetables.

Dessert Course: HAUPIA COCONUT ICE CREAM
Learn how to brulee tropical fruit with the chef and create your own masterpiece on a plate with a variety of sauces.

Signature Island Cocktail: CLASSIC HAWAIIAN MAI TAI
Made with golden rum, orgeat syrup, fresh lime juice, orange curacao and Hawaiian POG juice (passion, orange, guava mix an island favorite!)

Safety Precautions: Class will be limited to 16 people. You will cook socially distanced from other groups, but cook in the group you came with. Then you will sit and eat socially distanced in the dining room from other patrons. Masks will be required while walking around the space and interacting with staff members. Heightened hand washing and sanitizing procedures will be followed.

REFUND POLICY: WE ARE NOT OFFERING REFUNDS AT THIS TIME, BUT IF YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL CREDIT. UNFORTUNATELY, IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 14 DAYS, WE CANNOT OFFER A CREDIT, BUT YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE ANYONE IN YOUR PLACE.
