Garlic Shrimp Recipe

Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 lb Large Shrimp Can use any 8-20 count- defrosted and in the shell
- Olive oil
- 2 Lemons
- 8 cloves Garlic peeled
- 1-2 tbsp Equal mix of Paprika, Dry Basil, Dry Thyme, Oregano, Dry Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- Canola or Vegetable Oil For frying
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients besides the Shrimp and Canola oil into a large bowl and marinate the shrimp for up to 1.5 hours. NO LONGER.
- Heat canola oil in a pan and pan fry the shrimp on one side for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the shrimp and add the remaining marinade to the pan and let fry for another 3 minutes. Make sure shrimp reach 145 degrees.
- Serve with the sauce from the pan.
